Click & Collect
Shop online and pick up your order from our Portsmouth store, usually within a few hours and always free of charge.
Timeframes
- After checkout, you'll get an order confirmation showing you've chosen click & collect. We'll email you again as soon as your order is ready.
- Depending on stock and staff availability, orders are usually ready within 20 minutes to 48 hours. If you haven't received your collection email within 48 hours, please contact us.
- Orders are held in-store for 48 hours from the collection email. After that, items are returned to stock and the order cancelled, unless you let us know you need more time, we're always happy to extend it on request.

Every click & collect order is free of charge, regardless of item.
Collecting your order
- All click & collect orders are collected from our Portsmouth store, unless you've requested otherwise.
- Please bring your order confirmation, order number, and a valid form of ID matching the order details.
- When you arrive, please wait at the entrance until a member of staff is free to see you.
