Online Terms and Conditions
Here is our (not so) small print, or terms and conditions as they are officially called, by accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these regulations and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, then please do not use this site. We may change or amend these terms and conditions as and when necessary, for which we reserve the right to do so; such changes are effective as soon as they are visible on the site. We therefore recommend that you check the terms and conditions posted on the website regularly and are aware that cached pages may not contain up-to-date terms and conditions.

When placing an order you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
When you place your order over the website we will send a confirmation email which will detail the products ordered, payment method, and cost (including VAT and P&P) You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
Please note that your order simply constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Your order is accepted by us when we despatch the product to you, no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Alexandra Sports until you order is classed as “despatched”; despite that we may have sent an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any order. If your order has been declined, we will contact you to advise the reason why.
By default all prices are displayed on our website in Great British Pounds (GBP - £) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable; except where you have specified to view the site in a particular currency.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at any time at our discretion before, but not retrospective, of accepting your order. We always strive to ensure that prices displayed are consistently up-to-date and correct, but very occasionally errors may occur. If this should happen we will correct the price, inform you immediately and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will (at our discretion) treat the order as cancelled; we are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrectly displayed price.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any order. Where you select to pay by credit card, debit card, Pay Pal or any other third party payment method, we will take payment via a payment gateway at the time of marking your order as processed; if paying by cheque we will need to await clearance of the funds before processing your order.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer, if the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or order cancellation.
The entry of promotional codes may trigger visible discounts in your shopping cart; however these discounts will not be applied until the order is accepted and your payment card is charged. Discount codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. If an invalid or expired discount code erroneously results in displaying a total order cost which is lower than the correct order cost you will be notified of this mistake before your order is accepted (please see “pricing” above).
These promotion terms and conditions apply to each and every promotion and in addition, all instructions, rules and conditions relating to a specific promotion form part of these promotion terms and conditions.

We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice to end, suspend, amend or add additional terms and conditions to any promotion.
You may not use more than one promotion per order and promotions may not be used in conjunction with one another unless otherwise specified by us. This includes affiliate promotions or in association with cashback sites.
If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from the date you place your order. We may honour (at our complete discretion) cancellations requiring a refund up to 14 days from when you receive your order. Cancellations and returns made after this 14 day period, but within a 60 day period of your order, may exercise the option of an exchange or credit.
The above terms are in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
To cancel your order prior to despatch we advise that you contact us by telephone as soon as possible after ordering, we will not be liable for any costs incurred in returning your order, if you cancel the order after the goods have been despatched. For orders cancelled after despatch please follow our standard returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.
You may return your order for an exchange, refund or credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in perfect, original condition, with any tags/manufacturer’s packaging still intact.

If you decide to return the goods you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged, in original condition, with any tags/manufacturer’s packaging still intact as soon as reasonably possible, and within the allotted time period for either a refund (14 days) or exchange/credit (60 days); we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with us inside of the allotted time period; so we advise selecting the appropriate mail service to ensure the goods arrive with us in time.
It is your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any items returned to us. We advise that you use a recorded method of carriage for returning your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim.
In the case of faulty goods, or goods which have been sent though an error of our doing, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs up to the standard rate charged by Royal Mail for a basic recorded service.

All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment for the price of the goods paid, excluding postage. This excludes orders paid by cash or cheques where we will refund you by cheque. Due to laws addressing money laundering we can only refund onto the identical card used for card transactions and identical accounts for third party payment options such as Pay Pal.
Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
All orders are based upon goods being subject to availability. Our site operates on a “live-stock” model, where inventory levels displayed are controlled automatically by our stock control system, this updates each time an item is sold; however in the rare event that an item from your order is actually sold out, we will contact you ASAP to offer you the option to cancel this item. If your order contains multiple items whereby some items are available and some are not, we reserve the right to process and despatch part of your order; unless otherwise specified by you within your order notes. Where we are awaiting delivery of your item, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched.
All size and fitting guides are produced with information supplied by the brand that manufacturers those product, so they are as accurate as possible; however it is not possible to allow for slight differences in production of products so we always recommend trying items on first where possible. All sizes displayed on our site are UK sizes, unless specifically stated otherwise.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, prices and other details of products that appear on the website are correct at the time they went “live” online. We reserve the right to decline orders where product information has been published in error; including prices and promotions.
All product images are as accurate as possible, however, due to a multitude of factors that can affect the viewing experience, for example: monitor colour contrasts/brightness, screen reflection, internet browser and many other variables; we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour or texture between the online image and the actual product.
We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at our discretion, at any time without notice.
We aim to process and despatch all orders the first working day they are received, although there are some circumstances where this is not possible due to variables outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times are stated in our “Delivery Information” section and although the carriers we choose are highly reliable, stated delivery times are estimated as it is impossible to allow for all eventualities; therefore we are cannot be held responsible for any delays which occur as a result of the courier/delivery service.
In the case of a missing or delayed parcel, we will attempt to locate the parcel in accordance with the procedures set out in the “Delivery Information” section. In the event that we are unable to locate your parcel, replacements will be sent.
In the event of a 'lost item' we require all customers to email email@example.com with information regarding your missing item, this information should include:
- Full Name
- Order Date
- Order Number
- Item(s) Ordered
- Total Cost of Order
Please note that the minimum delivery estimation, given by Royal Mail, must be surpassed in order for Alexandra Sports to carry out a missing items investigation. Once all requirements are met, we will inform you via email.
