Carbon Re-sole Our cobbler will remove the entire sole of your old shoes and then attach a fresh set of outsoles and carefully grind them down to fit. Perfect if you wear your outsoles down faster than the cushioning of the shoe. £35.00
Carbon Re-heel Similar to the re-sole, except only the heel area is re-soled. Ideal if you strike the ground at a very sharp angle and wear the heel down well within the useful life of the shoe. £25.00
Heel tab cut-down Some people find that the heel tab (the soft padded area that sits next to the Achilles tendon at the rear of the shoe) can irritate. This adjustment can help as the heel tab is cut down and finished professionally. £25.00
Heel counter re-lining Many runners find that they wear through the internal lining around the heel of the shoe more quickly than others; this is generally due to your biomechanics. A re-lining can give a new lease of life to your shoes. £25.00
Shoe Patches Many runners wear through the delicate mesh at the toe of their shoes or other sensitive areas, a piece of thin leather is applied to patch the damaged area. £20.00
Stitching Running shoes are designed to be lightweight and flexible, so their stitching isn’t as strong as in some styles of shoe. Our cobbler can re-stitch any seams or stitching that may have frayed or come apart. POA
Shoe Stretching Although some shoes come in a selection of widths, the majority of styles don’t. Shoe stretching can be a invaluable tool when you have wider feet and have found a shoe that is perfect for your biomechanics, but is a little tight. The shoes are placed on a stretching machine and gently stretched overnight; this can sometimes yield an extra width fitting. This service is most effective on leather-based shoes. £15.00
