Price Match Guarantee

We are passionate about quality products; however we also believe that you should be able to purchase quality products at competitive prices with excellent service.

So we have created our price match guarantee.

We will happily match any UK competitor's price on the same item, Online to Online and In-store to In-store.

If you discover that you have bought something from us that you could have bought cheaper, please let us know within 7 days and we'll happily refund the difference*.

*As our biomechanical assessment is a premium service that online retailers cannot offer. We cannot simply price match footwear where a biomechanical fitting service has also been provided. In this situation will will happily price match, but will deduct the original cost of the assessment from the price match refund. If a competitor is offering footwear at a lower price in-store with a biomechanical assessment included we will match this footwear and assessment cost as it is a directly comparable purchase.

We will even match bundle deals where, for example, a competitor is offering a particular free item with another item.

Simply Quote the product, the price and the URL (full website address) of the competitor site and we'll check straight away.

In Person – If you would like us to price match in-store please speak to any of our staff members explaining which store you have seen the cheaper price and we'll match the price for you (subject to verification).

Conditions of Guarantee:

• The product must be exactly the same product, colour, condition, variant and size.
• The product must be in-stock and available to buy from the competitor, at the time of the price match check.
• We can only match prices found from UK retailers.
• Price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount (excluding free postage).
• Competitor prices must be publicly available and we can only match prices from valid competitors (Online auction sites, third party sellers, stock liquidation sellers, companies in administration and individual sellers are not classed as valid competitors).
• Any biomechanical assessment fees are deducted from price match refunds, unless we are matching a directly comparable service (i.e. a local retail who is offering the same shoe and a biomechanical fitting for less than us in total). 
• We will strive to validate price match claims as quickly as possible; however we cannot commit to sell goods at a price matched price until we have done so.
• Due to the high level of personal service we offer in-store we only price match online prices on our website, but we will happily match any price offered in competitors physical stores in our store.
• Where matching bundle deals, we can only match the identical deal where we have all the items available to sell.
• We reserve the right to decline any price match guarantee we suspect to be non-genuine.
