Warp Knit Upper
Utilising a warp knit, the upper of the Ghost Amp delivers high levels of breathability alongside an accommodating fit that stays soft against your foot. The knit upper allows cool, refreshing air to circulate, while at the same time removing unwanted warm air to help control temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. The padded heel collar sits close to the ankle for increased comfort, while the gusseted tongue prevents stones from entering. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system, which prevents excessive movement for a secure and locked-in fit.
DNA HYPE Midsole
Crafted using Brooks' new foam compound, the Ghost Amp uses a DNA HYPE midsole. The nitrogen-infused DNA HYPE cushioning uses a combination of PEBA and EVA and blends softness and cushioning for a plush experience. The foam cushioning ensures smooth landings by offering a protective underfoot feel. The foam also supplies supreme energy return to help you maintain focus, and its shock-absorbing qualities work to keep you comfortable and reduce the risk of injury during demanding runs. The midsole also features the new SpringRamp forefoot technology, which ensures effortless heel-to-toe transitions for a snappy toe-off and propelling you into your stride.
Durable Rubber Outsole
The Ghost Amp features a durable rubber outsole that stabilises the foot and promotes a smooth heel-to-toe transition.
