14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund.

Up to 60 days from delivery to return an item for an exchange, or for a full refund if the item is faulty or defective.
We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, returning it is straightforward.

Items must be unused and in original, resellable condition, including all packaging.

Items returned in a non-resellable condition may be sent back to you or subject to a restocking fee. We’ll always contact you before proceeding.

For faulty or defective items, we’ll cover return postage up to £5.00.

All returns must be in their original condition. If an item is damaged or unsuitable for resale, charges may apply. In such cases, we’ll notify you by email.

We’ll process your request the day we receive it, but please allow up to 7 working days. You can do this for refunds anytime within 14 days from the date you received the item.
